User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this User License Agreement ("ULA") and payment of applicable subscription fees, Maizetronic, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Sharp // Terminal solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content, data, or analytical output from the Service for commercial purposes
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Republish, resell, or sublicense any content from the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to systematically extract data from the Service
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

3. Informational Use Only

The license granted herein is strictly for personal informational use. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only
• Statistical data, analytics, and AI-generated content are informational tools, not advice of any kind
• You will not represent any content from the Service as professional gambling advice, financial advice, or investment advice to any third party
• You will not redistribute analytical outputs from the Service as your own proprietary analysis for commercial gain
• Nothing in the Service constitutes a recommendation to place any sports bet, fantasy sports entry, or wager of any kind

4. Intellectual Property Ownership

Maizetronic, LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, algorithms, analytical methodologies, visual designs, and content. This ULA does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Maizetronic, LLC.

5. Third-Party Data

The Service incorporates data relating to professional sports leagues — including Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Basketball Association, the National Hockey League, and any other leagues added to the Service — from third-party sources. Use of such data is subject to the terms and conditions of those data providers. Maizetronic, LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any professional sports league or any of their respective member teams; all league and team names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

6. Updates and Modifications

Maizetronic, LLC may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice. This includes changes to data sources, analytical methodologies, features, and content. Your continued use of the Service following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Service.

7. Term and Termination

This ULA is effective as of the date you first access the Service and continues until terminated. Maizetronic, LLC may terminate this license at any time if you breach any provision of this ULA or the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service immediately.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." MAIZETRONIC, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SERVICE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. MAIZETRONIC, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Michigan.
