IT IS NOT A GAMBLING SERVICE, SPORTS BETTING ADVISORY SERVICE, OR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICE OF ANY KIND.

MAIZETRONIC, LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL GUARANTEES, REPRESENTATIONS, OR WARRANTIES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE SPORTS BETTING OUTCOMES, WINNING FANTASY SPORTS OR DAILY FANTASY SPORTS ENTRIES, ACCURATE PREDICTIONS OF PLAYER OR TEAM PERFORMANCE, OR ANY OTHER POSITIVE FINANCIAL, GAMBLING, OR COMPETITIVE RESULT.
Past statistical performance displayed on the Service does not predict, indicate, or guarantee future performance. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable and are influenced by numerous factors that statistical analysis cannot fully account for, including player injuries, weather, in-game decisions, and random variance.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. You must be of legal wagering age in your jurisdiction — 21 years of age or older in most U.S. jurisdictions — to place any wager, and you are solely responsible for meeting that requirement.
Sports betting and daily fantasy sports involve significant financial risk. You may lose money. You should only engage in sports betting or DFS with funds you can afford to lose.
Sharp // Terminal is designed as an analytical and informational tool. Any decision to engage in sports betting, fantasy sports, or daily fantasy sports based in whole or in part on information from the Service is made solely at your own risk and discretion. Maizetronic, LLC bears no responsibility for any financial losses or other negative outcomes resulting from such decisions.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that sports betting and daily fantasy sports are legal in your jurisdiction before participating. Laws regarding sports betting and DFS vary by state and country.
The Service may display betting odds published by third-party sportsbooks and may provide convenience links that open a sportsbook's website or application, including links that pre-populate a bet slip. You acknowledge that:
Statistical data on the Service is sourced from third-party providers, including professional sports leagues (such as MLB, the NFL, the NBA, and the NHL), their affiliated data services, and independent statistical, odds, and weather data providers. Maizetronic, LLC makes no warranty that such data is accurate, complete, timely, or up-to-date. Data may be delayed, contain errors, or reflect information that has since changed.
Specifically, you acknowledge that:
Maizetronic, LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical outages, third-party data provider outages or delays, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
Maizetronic, LLC shall not be liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages of any kind resulting from Service unavailability or data delays, regardless of cause. No refunds or credits will be issued for periods of downtime.
